Attorney at Law Dr. Seyfert recently successfully took legal action against a gold trading company that was acting unfairly. In their company name, they called themselves a “Refinery” without actually being a refinery. Additionally, the defendant gold traders boasted that they operated Germany’s largest gold portal, that they were far cheaper than banks and other gold traders, and that they had an external and independent audit carried out twice a year of the total quantity of gold bars and scrap gold items in their vaults, although such an audit did not take place in reality. The Regional Court in Frankfurt am Main quickly decided in favor of our client based on unfair competition violations of the defendant.
